Healthy Is where its at

Losing fat and gaining muscle would be extremely nice, but my ultimate goal is just to be healthy. To me, that means very limited processed foods, not depriving myself from some treats, making most of my meals, keeping active at least 2-6 times a week, and making sure i have fun.
