It all depends on your body type, and age, and gender… But I would say that’s underweight. If you are eating right, and getting enough calories every day (MORE THAN 1,200) and staying active and have a good relationship with food and your body, then you should be fine! But If you’re questioning it, I’d talk to your doctor, or just start eating healthier! If you find that you only had like 900 calories at the end of the day, eat some nuts and fruit, they’re healthy and yummy, and the nuts will pack some healthy calories on.
