mindaq-fitblr: Different teas contain different amounts of caffeine. Black tea contains the most, but still only around half the amount a cup of coffee does. Green tea has half the caffeine that black tea does. White tea has the same to less than green tea. Herbal teas have no caffeine. Tea is a good way to get your daily water intake. However, it's still a good idea to drink more plain water than tea in a given day.
